This 4 hour course covers dealing with difficult people, escalating behavior, knowing your boundaries and being prepared to take action or react when a member of the public crosses your boundaries. Communication tools including preplanning for three primary scenarios related to Covid-19 challenges. Training intended for government personnel working in the office or the field. Tools and tactics for dealing with people in person or over the phone will be covered.
